THE STORY OF THIS GUIDE

My first initial idea for this guide came up when I did research for building my second music and audio production place. I thought about, “What the hell would I do, if I started from scratch without knowing anything about the production as someone who just want to make my songs audible in the best possible way.”

When I started to record my music, I knew nothing about and learned many things through trail and error. Of course, more than two decades ago, we already had all the needed information, but it was never so easy to reach all that content or use the technology for music production like today.

But with all the possibilities, the daily new (repeated) content, it is more complex to step through this crowed of information and make the best decision for yourself — the way you want, require and can go.

With all that in mind, I came up with the creation idea of this helping guide „Producing yourself in music — yes or no” to ask the right question and find the best answers. With this guidance, you will get to know how to find the best solution for your knowledge, your resources, your wishes, your music and of course for yourself.
